With a bachelor’s and master’s degree in education and over 20 years of management and operations experience, she brings a practical and student-centered approach to academic planning. She helps students showcase their individuality through academics, extracurricular activities, and application strategies, while guiding them to explore their interests, abilities, and values. She also encourages lifelong learning and goal-setting, helping students adapt to changing times and pursue their aspirations with clarity.

Gang Ma began his journey in education after graduating from Jinan University’s Department of Chinese Language and Literature in 1990. As an early pioneer in China’s education and training industry, he founded Liming Music School in 1992, later expanding it into an arts training center with over 1,000 students. By 2010, he had built a comprehensive education platform that has cultivated more than 100,000 students, and in 2023, he began leading an education group with 3,000 students.
